PROJECT INSPIRATION

Blood Sweat & Tears is an RZ Designs retail collection inspired by the personal journeys and growth we experience through the cycling season.

After the cold and long winter months, the warm weather has arrived and we can go out and ride. Rebuilding fitness, learning new routes, putting together new bikes, trying new things, and more. We start to push ourselves whether that is in racing, riding further than you have before, going on a tour, or just trying something you have never done before. Summer is the time we challenge ourselves. Completing the challenge is never easy, but there is always a trail of Blood Sweat & Tears.

THE COLLECTION

Blood Sweat & Tears is a collection of products created by RZ Designs to come along with you on your journey including water bottles made by Specialized, two sided cycling caps by Fifo Cycles, socks by Defeet, and bandanas,  

THE EXPERIENCES

With each purchase, customer receive a patch to encourage them to take on a personal challenge and to share their story of your trail of Blood Sweat & Tears. We heard back from numerous individuals as they shared their personal journeys.

THE LANDING PARTY EVENT

At the end of the summer we collaborated with Deluxe Cycles to create a landing party event where we showcased people’s submitted stories and the retail collection. We painted the display walls with the graphic, brought in the whole product collection, and set up a projector to showcase the stories during the event.
